    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for a talented **Data Infrastructure & Capabilities Development Technician** to join our growing team!

    What You'll Be Doing** **:

    + Assess viability, conduct expert analysis, and provide recommendations on existing and emerging OSINT/PAI/CAI capabilities to identify best-in-class capabilities for inclusion in an OSINT toolkit

    + Engage with OSINT/PAI/CAI vendors on new capabilities and emerging tools and technologies

    + In coordination with the Training, Tradecraft, and Exercise Support Team, conduct analysis and assessments from surveys, studies, and user feedback to identify requirements and prioritize capability development

    + Assess and recommend data strategies, architecture, and management procedures for existing and emerging technical capabilities to maximize efficiency and interoperability across client elements

    + Catalog and maintain OSINT tools characteristics, including data source availability, ease of use, security features, auditability, and other features impacting operational value to the mission

    + Manage, maintain, and modernize OSINT-related applications, including design, development and implementation of enterprise solutions that enhance collaboration, automate workflows and improve efficiency

    + Collaborate with OSINT Tools Account Manager and the Training, Tradecraft, and Exercise Support Team to provide recommendations for best-in-breed tools and capabilities to satisfy specific operational requirements

    + Coordinate with the Training, Tradecraft, and Exercise Support Team to identify training needs based on tool usage, best practices, and operator surveys

    + Conduct business case and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the viability of tools for rapid acquisition and integration across the enterprise.

    + Collaborate with client stakeholders, OSINT practitioners and interagency partners to decrease redundancy and maximize information sharing across disparate data repositories to increase the discoverability and operationalization of PAI and CAI across the enterprise

    + Collaborate with the Strategy, Policy and Program Development Team, client stakeholders, and interagency partners for the integration of OSINT information into programs of record to improve OSINT discovery and utilization across the enterprise

    What Required Skills You'll Bring** **:

    + Active **TS/SCI Clearance with Poly**

    + 7+ years of experience related to OSINT, national or defense intelligence, federal law enforcement, or similar professions. Degrees can count towards additional years of experience, and additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree.

    + OS301, OS302, OBC, OAC and/or CASO training preferred

    + OSINT Tools Utilization Reports experience preferred

    + PowerBI dB capabilities experience preferred

    + SharePoint developer experience preferred

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    + Ability to execute multiple tasks and ongoing projects while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, and procedures

    + Ability to analyze complex information and articulate clear understanding and guidance

    + Adapt to a variety of audiences, environments and stakeholders needs

    + Proficiency with relevant technologies

    + Willing to work outside normal business hours in exigent circumstances (this position is not shift work)

    Security Clearance Requirement:

    An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

    Salary Range: $144,800.00 - $260,600.00
