+ This job is a member of the Inflight Dining Operations.
+ Responsible for analyzing, editing and approving caterer orders on a weekly basis.
What you'll do
+ Works with various suppliers to ensure that caterer orders are fulfilled and shipped within the designated lead times outlined by Inflight Dining Services
+ Analyzes and approves Ipayables invoices from suppliers
+ Collaborates with procurement and logistics analysts to ensure that sufficient inventory is maintained at warehouses as well as at all catering locations.
+ Processes and manages startup orders for new station startups which includes station pre-visit and assistance in the startup location for the initial flight(s)
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ High school diploma or GED equivalency
+ General knowledge of all commodities handled by the logistics team
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
+ Knowledge of Onboard Dining Services operations
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Ability to balance multiple priorities
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to make quick decisions based on operational situations
+ Ability to become proficient with frequently used reporting tools and systems (e.g. AirVision Inflight, AAPICS)
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and MS Query
