+ The Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) provides senior Company management with an accurate, timely, and comprehensive evaluation of company systems, processes, and functions as they relate to safety, compliance, and operating efficiency.
What you'll do
_As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._
+ Primarily responsible for evaluation of the functions of safety systems internally and for external Codeshare partners, and
+ Develops evaluation process tools and methods (checklists, interview outlines, etc)
+ Performs functions as Evaluator during offsite codeshare assessments, potentially in a lead role
+ Facilitates Corrective Action Plans
+ Maintains and updates evaluation files
+ Verifies the implementation of corrective actions
+ Conducts evaluation data trend analysis
+ Works with IEP team to develop an evaluation plan
+ Prioritizes planned evaluations using risk assessment techniques
+ Some travel both domestic and international is required
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ At least 5 years aviation experience, with at least 2 years’ experience at a 14 CFR Part 121 Air Carrier is preferred. Other relevant experience, such as 14 CFR Part 135 or military will be considered.
+ Commercial/Air Transport Pilot or Dispatcher license and/or advanced degree desired
+ Prior supervisory or management experience desired
+ Prior auditing or inspection experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
+ Demonstrate competence, objectivity, integrity, and impartiality
+ Extensive knowledge of operations functions and procedures
+ Possess a thorough understanding of relevant CFRs and company manuals
+ Proficient with computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office Suite applications
+ Excellent time management, communication and facilitator skills and possess the ability to formulate comprehensive reports
