Job Duties may include:Drive trucks and tractors to perform crop raising duties. Harvest, plant, cultivate crops using tractor drawn machinery. Operate tractor and rock picker to pick rocks. Clean grain bins. Operate, repair farm implements. Haul livestock, grain to market. Crops: soybeans, corn. Shovel grain and clean up around farm & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities.
This job involves manual labor including Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 75lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area.
All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified.
Employees are expected to keep employer-provided vehicles clean and free of trash.
Variable weather conditions may apply.
### Minimum Education Required
No High School Diploma or GED required.
### Minimum Experience Required
No experience required.
Must be 18 years of age.
Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work and possess/maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

### Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
