    Our client, a leading organization in the automotive support industry, is seeking Call Center Agents to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Emergency Call Handling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Call Center Agent

    **Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL

    **Pay Range:** $16.50

    **Shift:** 1st and 2nd available, hours will vary

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding luxury vehicle brands offering emergency services

    + Provide accurate information and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience

    + Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the system

    + Develop and nurture customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction

    + Research and resolve customer questions and issues efficiently and professionally

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 0-2 years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications

    + Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

    + Computer skills required

    + Must be able to work some weekends
