+ Responsible for executing all aspects of inventory control including, but not limited to, creating POs, creating inventory records, completing GI/GR’s, inventory stocking, organizing and labeling parts, cycle counting, and retrieving/filing maintenance orders

+ Ensures Store room functions comply with GMP, Reliability and Financial standards.

+ Creates and fosters an environment of continuous improvement within store room operations. Proactively identifies problems, offers alternative solutions and leads and implements process improvement.

+ Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and providing corrections for the following reports: GR/IR discrepancy report, blocked invoice report, open PO report, open requisition report, SES report, ZPI metric report, and parked invoice report.

+ Effectively communicates both written and orally through both formal and informal documents

+ Develops and maintains effective partnerships with key resources and functions including Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and other Supply Chain functions (suppliers/vendors) to resolve issues and achieve company objectives within our purchasing system

+ Complete eBuy orders – sus acceptance – invoice approval

+ New supplier requests as needed

+ Perform vendor updates

+ HMF parts inventory responsibility

+ Parts Kitting

+ Inventory Cycle Counts

+ Goods issues / Goods Receipts

+ Cover service window as necessary

+ Retrieving items from offsite warehouse as necessary

+ Support parts repair process

+ Storeroom Coordinator back-up as necessary

+ Parts runner

+ Other duties as assigned to maintain business continuityWhat do you bring?
