Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a dedicated Load coordinator to join their team. As a Load coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Load coordinator
**Location:** Sharpsville, PA
Pay Range: $20/hr
Shift: 1st an 2nd shift available
What's the Job?
+ Perform a broad range of business support activities for the Sharpsville location, including administrative tasks and specialized activities.
+ Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence; track, file, and organize information efficiently.
+ Create and generate reports, assist with accounting or bookkeeping activities, including route settlement.
+ Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests or questions, providing backup support to other administrative roles as needed.
+ Evaluate operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements for workflow, cost reduction, and standardization.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 2 to 4 years of office, administrative, or related experience.
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with company computer systems.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
