Bilingual Behavior Technician (Spanish/English) - Part-Time | $20-$30/hr | Paid Training

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and interested in working with children? This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field while supporting children with Autism. No prior ABA experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

+ Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism

+ Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans

+ Collect and record session data using electronic devices

+ Create a positive and supportive learning environment

+ Communicate with families and the clinical team in English and Spanish

Schedule and Location

+ Part-time only

+ Schedule: 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM

+ Services provided in clients- homes or community-based locations

Qualifications

+ Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Passion for working with children with Autism

+ Patience, compassion, and professionalism

+ Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training

+ Ability to commit for at least six months
