    This role requires associates to work out of a MVH North America hub location – Vancouver, WA | Santa Monica, CA | Tampa, FL | New York City, NY.

    Why This Role Matters:

    The Global Omnichannel Marketing Analyst provides analytics support of MVH omnichannel, full-funnel, multi-segment consumer services marketing. Works collaboratively with Global Omni-Channel Marketing Director developing strategies across five banner brands (North American and Europe) to convert consumer and category insights into integrated, cross-channel plans that will orchestrate execution across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints to drive measurable organic growth. Partners with Pet Owner Insights, Client Experience and Operations for data share resulting in consolidated analytics reporting, interpretation, insights and strategic recommendations. Interfaces with Publicis to develop analytics/reporting/insights and resulting strategic direction based on consolidated metrics for global cross-banner media and messaging (SEO, AEO, GEO, integrated paid media). Interface with MVH and Banner Digital Marketing/IT and Contact Centers to recommend KPIs and develop data stream interfaces (APIs) and reporting/ analytics dashboards.

    You Will:

    + Translate data into actionable insights.

    + Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, both online and offline, to understand their impact on customer behavior.

    + Synthesize data from various sources to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

    + Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards to track and report on campaign performance.

    + Analyze audience engagement and customer behavior across channels to improve segmentation, targeting, and content delivery.

    + Develop and implement measurement plans, including experimental designs for A/B testing, to test hypotheses and inform omnichannel strategy.

    + Work with internal MVH teams and outside vendors (e.g., agencies, digital platform vendors) to align on goals and deliver cohesive, data-driven strategies.

    + Ensure the completeness and accuracy of measurement data and help maintain the data infrastructure that supports analysis and reporting

    + Work in collaboration with Omnichannel director to define the test agenda for channels and journeys, running in-market experiments and A/B tests to prove incremental impact.

    + Use performance insights to scale what works and sunset what doesn’t. Socialize learnings and drive continuous improvement across banners.

    Your Experience Should Include:

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Masters’ degree or MBA preferred.

    + 6+ years in an omni-channel analytics role. Experience working in a consumer services company, or advertising agency.

    + Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate complex information into clear business recommendations.

    + Technical proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools, strong knowledge of SQL (data extraction), and experience with analytics platforms, reporting tools, and marketing automation.

    + Cross-channel knowledge: Familiarity with a wide range of marketing channels, including digital media, social media, email, search, CRM and offline channels.

    + Familiarity with customer experience measurement tools including VoC platforms and customer review management software platforms.

    + Storytelling and communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to clearly present findings and influence decision-making.

    + Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with external vendors.

    + Business acumen: Understanding of marketing objectives and how analytics can be used to drive business goals

    **Salary Range:** $103,630 - $194,306

    + Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
