This role requires associates to work out of a MVH North America hub location – Vancouver, WA | Santa Monica, CA | Tampa, FL | New York City, NY.
Why This Role Matters:
The Global Pet Owner Insights Analyst supports MVH’s global pet owner insights and analytics agenda by turning customer data and research into clear, actionable insights. The role partners with CX, digital, CRM, media, and agency teams to integrate global customer data and generate findings that strengthen MVH’s relevance and presence in the hearts and minds of pet owners.
You Will:
+ Analyze pet owner behavior, engagement, and journey performance across MVH banners, channels, and segments to identify growth opportunities.
+ Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering acquisition, retention, CLV, and customer experience performance.
+ Collaborate with CX, digital migration, CRM, and data teams to support global customer data integration, improve data quality, and align tracking and definitions.
+ Interface with Publicis and internal media, CRM, CX, and research partners to support consistent data inputs, tagging approaches, and performance reporting.
+ Support test and learn programs by helping design test measurement plans, pulling results, and summarizing performance and next-step recommendations.
+ Contribute to research and analytics efforts, including third party research, brand tracking, and custom studies, and help translate findings into simple storylines.
+ Produce concise, visually clear insight summaries and presentations that inform demand generation, CRM, CX, and marketing decisions across banners.
Your Experience Should Include:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.
+ 2 to 4 years of experience in consumer insights, research, marketing analytics, or CRM analytics roles, preferably in a consumer services environment.
+ Experience supporting customer journey analysis, CRM or lifecycle analytics, and media or CX-related performance analysis.
+ Working knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and insight synthesis.
+ Strong proficiency in Excel and data manipulation and experience preparing reports, visualizations, and insight summaries.
+ Experience with BI or analytics tools (for example, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar) preferred.
+ Exposure to third party research partners or brand tracking programs preferred.
**Salary Range:** $76,970 - $144,318
_Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness._

Special Working Considerations:
+ Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
+ Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
+ Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.
+ The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.
