As a **Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist FT** in **Northlake, IL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing excellent customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site, including warehouse and distribution areas.

+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

+ Assist with access control duties, including verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises.

+ Support emergency preparedness and response efforts as required by site protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
