Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the E-Commerce Catalog Operations Team. E-Commerce Program Managers are responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to existing programs. You will apply project management best practices to improve team efficiency and process optimization. Program Managers own execution of key E-Commerce catalog workstreams in partnership with merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, and technology.
Key job responsibilities
• Understands E-Commerce concepts, practices, and methodologies
• Drives execution of Online Catalog programs
• Optimizes programs through cross-functional team alignment and ensures consistency between in-store and online initiatives
• Tracks and reports program status to stakeholders
• Identifies opportunities and develops plans for program improvement
• Fosters team collaboration and contributes to group effectiveness
• Seeks guidance and support when needed to ensure successful delivery
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time, be organized, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to navigate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets.
- Strong communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
