Job Description:
Sage is seeking a Partner Digital Tools Manager who will support the Partner Digital Engagement team’s mission to provide a single global partner digital experience across all segments and geographies that enables the partner journey from onboarding to in-life growth while driving channel revenue.
This role will focus primarily on the channel and strategic partner sales motions through tools, processes, and best practices, ensuring a digital experience that drives adoption, satisfaction, and a streamlined go-to-market motion. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the tools strategy and driving innovation in tools and processes that empower partners and accelerate revenue growth. This is an opportunity to influence global channel tools strategy and deliver measurable impact across Sage’s partner ecosystem.
You’ll play a hands-on role working closely with business & commercial stakeholders in Channel Sales, Operations, Partner Marketing, RTM and Partner strategy to align to strategy and optimize the go-to-market motion process via tools AND with core delivery teams in SSDE, IT, Partner Enablement and 3rd party vendors to deliver on the tools & feature roadmap, enable colleagues and partners on tool usage and establish adoption and outcome tracking, considering feedback to continuously improve the features and their adoption to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Pipeline Management initiative post-launch activities: adoption monitoring & reporting for US and CA launches and Add-ons; re-training communications and feedback monitoring. Support account or contact setup adjustment where needed (Impartner and/or SFDC)
• Lead Pipeline Management feature enhancements & rollouts: Enhance NCA and In-life motions including GTM playbook aligned partner self-serve opportunity management. Lead phased roll-out across global regions, following established deployment frameworks.
• Own the Sales element of the GMO partner workstream to ensure expansion of Pipeline Management in support of migrating Intacct partners to the global platform.
• Align to global partner strategy to support with digital solutions for ISVs and strategic/hyperscaler partner sales motions and collaborate with key colleagues to lead an RFP and seek funding and approval for new tools to support motions.
• For each initiative, create and maintain project artifacts (i.e. roadmaps, initiative definition, project plan, communication plans, trackers, and dashboards) to ensure scope & outcome clarity and visibility of delivery plan and its progress.
• For each initiative, coordinate and lead project through all delivery phases (scope definition, requirements gathering, design planning, technical feasibility, build & test, colleague and partner training and launch).
• Identify and monitor dependencies, risks and issues, drive mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed for resolution.
• Partner with functional and commercial regional stakeholders to understand pain points, ensure alignment on processes and tool usage, align on scope, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Partner with IT SF teams and 3rd party professional services team to design and build features in Impartner that meet requirements and retain integration with GMO Salesforce.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery practices and templates.
• Lead partner-focused discussion and training sessions on tools and processes.
• Collaborate with Partner Digital Tools Managers to ensure cross-initiative alignment
