Responsibilities for Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Lead budget and headcount management for two engineering client groups, including fiscal year planning

• Track, forecast, and report team spend, accruals, monthly close, and quarterly budget cycles

• Partner with engagement managers to ensure purchase orders are opened accurately and aligned to forecast

• Approve project budgets, monitor spending, and identify potential budget overruns with recommended solutions

• Work with General Managers and headcount teams to prioritize backfills, incremental roles, and workforce planning

• Maintain project management processes including goals, timelines, metrics, and operational reporting

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 10+ years of experience in budget management, financial planning, business operations, or related roles

• Strong, hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end budgets, forecast cycles, accruals, and spend tracking

• Exceptional executive‑level communication skills, including ability to present insights and influence leadership

• Proven ability to manage both budget and headcount planning simultaneously for large teams

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and interpreting business trends; enterprise system experience a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

**Pay Details:** $55.00 to $71.31 per hour
