Administrative Support (Part-Time)
**Location:** Williamsburg, VA
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $25/hour
**Work Arrangement:** In-Person Only
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and student-focused **Administrative Support** professional to assist the Undergraduate Program Office. This part-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an academic environment, supporting students, and keeping office operations running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for students visiting the office, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative functions and special events.
Key Responsibilities
+ Greet and assist students arriving for scheduled appointments
+ Provide general information and respond to student inquiries in a professional manner
+ Support planning and execution of special events and programs
+ Assist with communications to current and prospective students, including newsletters, posters, and email correspondence
+ Perform general administrative and miscellaneous support tasks as needed
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in an administrative support or customer-facing role
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
**Note:** This is a fully in-person position and is not eligible for remote work.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
