Cable Assembler
Cablenet is seeking a highly skilled Cable Assembler to join our growing team in our new Centennial, CO facility. This role is ideal for an experienced assembler who consistently delivers high‑quality work, understands complex harness builds, and is comfortable working to IPC620/Mil‑Spec standards.
**Location:** Centennial, CO
**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
**Pay:** $28–$32 per hour (DOE)
The Cable Assembler is responsible for performing advanced cable and harness assembly tasks, including preparation, soldering, connector loading, and complex harness builds using assembly boards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret documentation accurately, and a commitment to producing assemblies that meet stringent customer and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review and verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities, etc.)
+ Inspect all materials for defects or damage prior to use
+ Perform advanced cable preparation (cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping, multi‑conductor prep)
+ Complete complex assembly tasks including connector loading, soldering, heat‑shrink application, labeling, and potting
+ Assemble wire harnesses using detailed assembly boards and drawings
+ Operate stripping machines and various manual tools with precision
+ Sign work order travelers upon completion of each process step
+ Ensure all materials and completed assemblies are properly identified, packaged, and protected
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Follow all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
+ Report hazards, unsafe practices, and all incidents immediately
+ Support continuous improvement and assist with training when needed
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
Experience Requirements:
+ Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions, drawings, and manufacturing documentation
+ Strong understanding of IPC620/Mil‑Spec workmanship standards; advanced skill level preferred
+ Consistent adherence to safety and company policies
+ IPC 620/610 and J‑STD‑001 certifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
