    **Shift:** 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday–Friday) 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Training Schedule:** 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Assemble cable and wire harnesses using hand tools and equipment

    + Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and specifications

    + Operate tools such as crimpers, wire cutters, and heat guns

    + Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

    + Work as part of a team in a clean, air-conditioned facility

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Experience:** 6+ months in assembly, electrical, or general labor is a plus—but not required

    + Comfortable using hand tools and learning new processes

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
