    Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a General Laborer, where you'll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, assisting in the construction of wood components and frames. Your role involves precise measuring and aligning of materials using measuring tools, interpreting drawings, and collaborating with teammates.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize framing experience in carpentry, door, and window frames.

    + Operate hand and power tools efficiently.

    + Read and use a tape measure accurately.

    + Engage in rough framing, trimming, window installation, and panel framing.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in framing and rough carpentry.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Experience in commercial construction.

    + Spanish language proficiency is acceptable.

    Work Environment

    Work in a non-climate controlled environment with standard shifts from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Engage in a team-oriented setting using various tools and equipment for construction tasks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
