    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic company in the north metro area as a machine operator. Experience is not required for this role. You will be responsible for setting up and operating production and fabrication machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and inspecting parts. This position provides a great opportunity for learning machine setups and offers significant advancement potential.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate production and fabrication machines.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Adjust machine settings as needed.

    + Perform visual inspections of parts.

    + Load and unload parts onto machines.

    + Count and stack parts in bins.

    + Lift between 20-30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks involving bending and twisting throughout the shift.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to perform visual inspections.

    + Willingness to learn machine operation techniques.

    + Physical ability to lift 20-30 pounds and stand for entire shifts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with robotic welders and laser operation is a plus.

    + No previous experience required, but prior tube bending experience is advantageous.

Employees can wear shorts during shifts, and the facility ensures a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALBERTVILLE, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
