    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team working in modern production spaces equipped with cutting-edge technology. As a General Laborer, you will set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete while ensuring a safe working environment. You will operate a variety of hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes. This role requires working around suspended loads, high-tension strands, and accessing scaffold and elevated platforms. Additional responsibilities include general labor duties and special projects as required.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up molds and assemble rebar cages.

    + Pour and finish concrete while maintaining safety standards.

    + Operate hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes.

    + Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands.

    + Access scaffolds and other elevated work platforms.

    + Perform general labor duties and special projects as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience in General Labor/Construction.

    + Experience with concrete work is a plus.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in positions such as general production worker, batch plant operator, driver, concrete finisher, rigging crew member, carpenter, welder, or mechanic.

    Work Environment

     

    Work indoors in a production environment, assisting with tasks such as shoveling concrete. No certifications are required, but steel-toed boots are mandatory.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.51 - $25.00/hr.
