    Job Title: Safety Advisor** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a Safety Advisor who is passionate about building strong relationships and prioritizing safety on site. In this role, you will need to have tough conversations, spot potential hazards, and ensure everyone follows safety protocols. You will be responsible for warning individuals about safety issues and reminding them to tie off while working at heights. Proficiency with iPads, email communication, and documentation is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with foremen and team members.

    + Warn individuals of safety issues, such as not wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) or not following basic safety rules.

    + Remind workers to tie off while on lifts or working at heights.

    + Take attendance in the morning and check people out at the end of shifts.

    + Record various documentation on site.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in construction, field administration, or as a field coordinator.

    + 3+ years in a safety role, supervisor, or lead role is a plus.

    + Proficiency with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and health & safety in construction.

    + Experience with iPads, email communication, and filling out basic write-ups and documents.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 10 certification.

    + Bilingual abilities are preferred.

    + Knowledge of framing, drywall, and painting is a plus.

    + Experience at a framing/drywall construction company is advantageous.

    Work in large commercial and industrial job sites. The role operates on a first shift schedule, providing a structured and organized work environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.65 - $30.20/hr.
