    Production Associate – 1st Shift (East Moline, IL)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

    **Pay:** 16-18+ Production Incentives (Tier 1 & Tier 2 once trained)

     

    About the Opportunity

     

    We are hiring **four Production Associates** to join a growing team in East Moline, IL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, variety in their daily tasks, and opportunities to learn multiple parts of the warehouse process. No extensive experience required — just reliability, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

     

    As a Production Associate, you will support departments such as **Cell, Saw Operator, Receiving, Shipping** , and **Work Orders** . A major part of the job includes **pulling copper tubing and pipe** for major customers (Menards, Lowe’s, Home Depot), preparing materials, and ensuring all products are safely packaged for shipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Move pipe to designated pick locations

    + Pull customer orders as needed

    + Bar code and label pipes

    + Bundle, wrap, and prepare products for shipment

    + Cut pipe according to cut sheets

    + Identify and segregate scrap materials

    + Load and unload trucks

    + Assist with shipping and receiving tasks

    + Assemble and label products using hand tools and equipment

    Required Skills & Experience

    + General production or labor experience

    + Basic hand tool knowledge

    + Ability to operate warehouse machines (training provided)

    + Experience with loading, unloading, and basic inventory tasks

    + Capability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    Additional Qualifications

    + Minimal warehouse experience required — **we will train you!**

    + **Ability to learn multiple roles within 1–3 weeks**

    + **Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment**

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
