Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of electronic components and systems by following detailed process instructions. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

+ Work from detailed process sheets, engineering change orders, production change notices, and critical item lists.

+ Inspect proper positioning of components and soldering.

+ Verify placement, polarity, and labels on printed circuit boards (PCBs).

+ Perform minimal rework and repairs as necessary.

+ Conduct minimal soldering operations on PCBs.

+ Complete necessary routing tasks.

+ Enter board and/or systems quantities into the BAAN ERP system for data entry.

+ Check configuration of systems.

+ Obtain correct paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment and verify that the paperwork has the correct effective date.

+ Conduct pass/fail testing and coordinate any troubleshooting with the testing department.

+ Perform IPC 610 audits.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
