Job Title: Carpentry Helper
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Westfield. We have four immediate openings in the roof truss and wall panel production departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to work with their hands, possess a positive attitude, and are willing to learn. This person must have knowledge of carpentry and the ability to read a print and build a truss. This role will pay $19.50 on first shift, 6AM to 4:30 PM Mon - Thurs.
Responsibilities
+ Participate in the production of roof trusses and wall panels.
+ Utilize basic carpentry skills to assemble components.
+ Read tape measures accurately to within 1/16 of an inch.
+ Operate basic hand and power tools, including nail guns.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Basic carpentry knowledge.
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.
+ Mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No prior experience required.
+ Must be a team player.
+ Ability to stand all day and lift sizable products throughout the shift.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 4:30PM, with occasional mandatory Fridays depending on workload. The job involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work, requiring the ability to work in various weather conditions. Dress code is casual, suitable for a hands-on environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
