    Job Description

    We are seeking Maintenance Supervisors to join our team in an automotive plant environment. You will lead a diverse team of approximately 15 mechanics and electricians, analyzing and responding to the manufacturing daily plan and making necessary adjustments. A key aspect of this role is managing and resolving breakdowns while supporting a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage maintenance tasks and prioritize work efficiently.

    + Drive accountability through people and processes.

    + Conduct checks and tests and communicate evaluation results.

    + Create solutions to operational and technical issues.

    + Perform and manage PM schedule.

    + Collaborate with production to ensure equipment runs effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + Maintenance technician expertise.

    + Experience in maintenance management and supervision.

    + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Ability to manage and lead a team during breakdowns.

    + Knowledge of Fanuc robots and schematic/blueprint interpretation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 5 years of experience as a supervisor.

    + 5-7 years of experience reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.

    + Experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to work with and manage different teams effectively.

    + Experience with Kronos is preferred.

    + Technical knowledge of robotics and automation systems.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is on-site at a highly automated automotive plant with openings in General Assembly and the Body Shop. Candidates will work in a fast-paced environment where managing breakdowns is critical. The role involves working within a UAW environment, requiring strong relationship-building skills with union employees. Critical thinking and problem-solving are essential to succeed in this role

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Hill, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
