Restoration Field Technician
**Location:** Dodge Center, MN
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–5:00PM (end time varies by job)
**Pay:** $20–$25/hr
We are seeking a skilled **Restoration Field Technician** to support residential and commercial cleanup and restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage. This role includes field work as well as shop-based restoration tasks.
Field Responsibilities
+ Pack, clean, and store contents from affected properties
+ Identify, document, and track damaged items
+ Operate cleaning equipment and repackage restored contents
+ Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety compliance
+ Drive company vehicle to client sites and assist with project setup
+ Communicate professionally with clients and team leads
Shop-Based Responsibilities
+ Intake and inventory of contents
+ Cleaning, restoration, drying, and deodorizing processes
+ Repackaging and organized storage
+ Documentation and communication with internal teams
Ideal Candidate Has:
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
+ Able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work on ladders
+ Smartphone required for documentation
+ Strong attention to detail and professional communication
+ Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company
+ Experience in framing, installation, restoration, or property damage repair preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
