    • What You’ll Do

    + Run cool equipment: digital presses, perforators, bindery machines, and more

    + Learn new skills from experienced supervisors

    + Help prep jobs and create simple production tickets

    + Keep products accurate, high-quality, and on schedule

    • What We’re Looking For

    + 1+ year experience as a **machine operator**

    + **Comfortable standing most of the day**

    + **Basic math skills (fractions, measurements)**

    + **Positive attitude + willingness to learn**

    • Pay & Benefits

    + **$18–$22/hr**

    + **Consistent $0.70 raise every year for your first 3 years**

    Choose from:

    + **6:00 AM – 3:30 PM**

    + **7:00 AM – 4:30 PM**

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterloo, IA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
