    Lead and Foreman Architectural Panel Installers – Denver Metro

    **Pay:** $25–$35/hr

    **Schedule** : 5×10-hour shifts with occasional overtime or Saturday work

    **Location** : Commercial projects across the Denver metro area

    A well-established national contractor with multiple successful divisions is seeking experienced Lead and Foreman Architectural Panel Installers to support high-profile commercial construction projects throughout Denver.

    Position Overview

    We are looking for leaders with strong technical skills and at least 4+ years of experience installing terracotta or fiber cement large-format architectural panels. Leads and Foremen will oversee crews responsible for lifting, placing, and installing large-format exterior panels on major commercial builds. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, maintains high safety standards, and takes pride in delivering quality exterior finishes.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and direct crews installing large-format architectural panels on commercial projects

    • Oversee daily workflow, safety practices, and installation quality

    • Coordinate with site supervision to maintain schedule and productivity

    • Assist with hands-on installation of terracotta and fiber cement panels as needed

    • Ensure proper handling, placement, and fastening of large-format materials

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience installing terracotta or fiber cement large-format panels

    • Previous experience as a Lead, Foreman, or Superintendent on commercial construction sites

    • Strong understanding of exterior cladding systems and installation methods

    • Experience in roofing, tile installation, framing, or other commercial construction trades is a plus

    • Ability to lead crews, communicate effectively, and maintain high safety standards

    • Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
