Job Title:** **Production Assembler

**Shift:** 1st, 2nd & weekend shifts

Job Summary

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Associate! In this hands-on role, you will support welding operations and perform essential production tasks including assembly, forklift operation, material handling, and powder coating. This position is ideal for candidates with solid manufacturing experience who are looking for a stable opportunity and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist welders with daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Operate forklifts safely for material handling and unloading/loading trucks

+ Assemble drawers and components accurately according to specifications

+ Perform powder coating processes while maintaining quality and production standards

+ Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

+ Minimum 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment (required)

+ Prior experience in production or manufacturing operations preferred

+ Forklift operation experience required (certification is a plus)

+ Welding support experience strongly preferred

+ Knowledge of powder coating processes highly desirable

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team setting

+ Proven good job tenure and reliability

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment

Who Should Apply

Candidates with 2+ years of consistent assembly experience, along with exposure to welding, powder coating, and forklift operations, are encouraged to apply.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
