Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to oversee the injection molding process, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow.

+ Manage raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.

+ Set-up and adjust injection molding machines ranging from 540 tons to 1100 tons.

+ Perform basic mold maintenance.

+ Exercise special care to ensure the machine is running correctly, as damage to a machine may be costly.

+ Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.

+ Accurately record job transactions.

+ Perform other duties as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine operation and production.

+ Ability to operate and manage molding machines effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Some manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

The position is based in a new, clean, and well-lit facility. Please note that the facility is not air-conditioned, so it will be hot during the summer months. Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required for safety.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
