Job Title: Tool and Die Maker
Job Description
Join our team as a Tool & Die Maker on the 1st shift in Louisville, OH. You will design, build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, and molds essential for manufacturing operations. This role requires expertise in metal stamping dies, progressive dies, or plastic injection molds, along with a strong experience in machining, blueprint reading, and quality control.
Responsibilities
+ Design, build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, and molds.
+ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to construct or modify dies.
+ Operate machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC equipment.
+ Assemble and test dies to ensure proper function and output quality.
+ Perform maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on existing dies.
+ Troubleshoot die performance issues during production runs.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety and quality standards.
Essential Skills
+ Diploma or GED
+ At least 4 years of machining experience with mills and manuals.
+ Experience with tool & die making, repair, and/or design.
+ Understanding of the start to finish machining process.
+ Ability to perform basic machine program edits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Lathe experience is a plus.
+ MasterCAM experience is beneficial.
+ Machining certifications or schooling are advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
