Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing billing processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This position requires you to work fully on-site, offering a structured and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process, review, and verify billing statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Manage the collection of invoices and handle discrepancies as necessary.

• Transfer invoice details between work orders with precision and attention to detail.

• Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills to organize and analyze billing data.

• Maintain updated records in computerized billing systems.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing functions and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing.

• Monitor and report on accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial documentation.

• Assist with resolving client inquiries related to billing and payments. Requirements • Proven experience in billing functions or a related role.

• Solid understanding of debit and credit processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills.

• Familiarity with computerized billing systems and tools.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing client concerns.

• Knowledge of financial compliance and billing regulations.
