Description We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to oversee operations at a testing site in Rapid City, South Dakota. In this role, you will ensure a smooth testing experience by assisting candidates with check-in procedures, monitoring the testing environment, and maintaining compliance with testing regulations. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals with excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the check-in process for test candidates, including verifying identification and ensuring compliance with test center policies.

• Conduct regular monitoring of the testing area every 10-15 minutes to maintain security and prevent cheating.

• Perform security checks to ensure candidates do not have prohibited items such as calculators or notes.

• Manage light administrative tasks, such as organizing paperwork and scanning documents.

• Provide assistance to candidates using web-based testing platforms and applications.

• Operate computer systems efficiently to support testing processes.

• Ensure the testing environment remains quiet and free from distractions.

• Address and resolve candidate inquiries or issues in a courteous and timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of testing activities and incidents.

• Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times. Requirements • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Familiarity with web-based platforms and the ability to navigate them efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and performing tasks.

• Excellent customer service abilities to assist candidates and address concerns.

• Capability to perform light physical activities, such as walking through the testing area periodically.

• Effective communication skills for email correspondence and candidate interactions.

• Experience with data entry and typing tasks.
