    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience & Ecommerce in near Des Plaines, Illinois. This role involves managing various online platforms, ensuring efficient workflows, and driving performance improvements across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in eCommerce and project management.

     

    7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

    Compensation: $75k-$90k

    3 days in office 2 days WFH

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages the company’s ecommerce website, including product launches, promotions, inventory updates, and merchandising accuracy.

    • Communicate with customers by answering any problems, or solving any inventory issues.

    • Maintains and activates listings across marketplaces such as Amazon Seller.

    • Ensures all product are up to date.

    • Monitors inventory levels, pricing, order flow, and work with the operations.

    • Analyzes ecommerce sales performance and delivers regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in project management.

    • Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and Amazon Seller Central.

    • Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

    • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

    • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, social media, and operational teams.

    • Experience managing B2B or B2C
