Description We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This Contract to permanent position involves managing high-volume accounts payable processes and providing support for union payroll operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in attention to detail, and is highly organized.

Responsibilities:

• Process and oversee the complete cycle of high-volume accounts payable activities with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform critical tasks such as invoice coding, three-way matching, statement reconciliations, and executing payment runs.

• Support union payroll operations, including reviewing and reconciling employee timecards.

• Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with month-end closing processes.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to manage accounts payable and financial workflows effectively.

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to promptly resolve discrepancies.

• Uphold compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies during financial processes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within accounts payable and payroll operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable within a high-volume setting.

• Proven experience supporting union payroll operations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of general accounting principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in financial tasks.
