Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis at our facility in Humble, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our production operations by managing recruitment efforts for both hourly and salaried positions. This position requires hands-on involvement in full-cycle recruitment and collaboration with plant leadership to meet workforce needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner closely with the facility manager and production leadership to identify hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies to ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to post job openings and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values.
• Implement strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience, including leveraging job boards and LinkedIn.
• Assist with workforce planning to support production schedules and operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations during all hiring activities.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and workforce metrics.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to refine recruitment processes and address any challenges. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including both hourly and salaried roles.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms.
• Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Basic Excel skills for tracking recruitment data and metrics.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate directly with plant leadership.
