Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Chief of Staff to support the CEO of a fast-paced, results-driven legal organization in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker capable of managing diverse responsibilities and ensuring seamless communication across the executive team. The position offers the opportunity to grow into a pivotal leadership role, contributing to the firm's continued success.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s podcast by booking guests, conducting research, and preparing show materials.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, including scheduling and overseeing all related travel arrangements.
• Provide daily briefings to the CEO, detailing calendar updates, project progress, executive communications, and upcoming events.
• Collaborate with the C-suite to align on organizational priorities and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Represent the CEO in meetings when necessary, ensuring decisions align with organizational goals.
• Support the CEO in executing projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee external event planning and maintain a comprehensive 30-day calendar review.
• Foster a culture of accountability and integrity while embodying the organization's core values.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across executive and departmental teams.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of strategic initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, legal affairs, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of legal correspondence, entities, and industry practices.
• Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to fostering collaboration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in coordinating travel, events, and executive schedules is highly desirable.
• Ability to uphold and promote organizational values, including integrity and accountability.
