    Senior Advice Strategist (CFP® or Series 65)

     

    About the Role

     

    Join a client‑focused advisory team delivering sophisticated, fully integrated financial plans across tax, estate, insurance, and investments. You’ll partner closely with advisors and cross‑functional teams to design strategies, present recommendations, and support a high‑touch client experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Collaborate with advisors to produce client‑ready advice and planning materials.

    + Lead complex plan development (cash flow, tax, insurance, estate).

    + Present planning strategies and recommendations directly to clients.

    + Enhance planning tools, software, and workflow efficiency.

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    + CFP® or Series 65 required.

    + 5–7+ years of financial planning experience.

    + Strong technical expertise across tax, estate, retirement, and insurance planning.

    + Proficiency with leading planning tools (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.

    + Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and build trust quickly.
