Description

We are seeking a senior security leader to shape how artificial intelligence changes our threat landscape, security architecture, and internal applications. This role operates at the intersection of security architecture, detection engineering, adversary simulation, and applied AI. The ideal candidate is an experienced security practitioner who understands how real attackers operate, how security platforms are designed and run at scale, and how modern AI techniques materially change both offensive and defensive capabilities. You will help move the organization beyond theoretical AI risk discussions into practical architectures, controls, and detection strategies that work in production environments. Success in this role means translating emerging AI capabilities and risks into actionable security designs that improve resilience, visibility, and response.

Requirements

Core Security Experience:

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in at least two of the following areas:

+ Security architecture and control design

+ Detection engineering, SIEM, and telemetry pipelines

+ Red teaming, adversary emulation, or offensive security

+ Large-scale incident response and post-incident improvement

Proven ability to design and implement security controls that function effectively in complex, imperfect, and fast-moving environments.

Strong understanding of attacker tradecraft and how defensive systems are bypassed, degraded, or abused in real-world conditions.

AI & Modern Technology Exposure:

Hands-on experience working with, integrating, or securing AI-enabled systems, such as:

+ Large language models (LLMs)

+ Automation and orchestration platforms

+ ML pipelines or agent-based tools

Practical understanding of how modern AI systems are built and deployed, including:

+ APIs and service integrations

+ Data flows and model inputs/outputs

+ Model hosting and runtime environments

+ Identity, access, and plugin or tool execution boundaries

Ability to reason clearly about AI-specific failure modes and abuse scenarios (e.g., prompt manipulation, data leakage, autonomy risks, control bypass) without needing to be a research scientist.
