• AVP of Cybersecurity

    Description

    We're hiring an AVP of Cybersecurity to run and execute the cybersecurity strategy. This is a hands-on position who will eventually build the department and hire engineers and analysts. You must have recent experience in supporting security issues and partnering closely with the infrastructure team, working as the backup support to the Infrastructure AVP. You will be working with the Board and C level executives to communicate issues and build strategies.

     

    + Experience with budgeting and planning

    + Developing and maintaining the risk management framework

    + Conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments and scans, and penetration testing

    + Handling all incident responses

    + Create security awareness within the organization through programs and trainings

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

    + Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is a must

    + Knowledge of threat and vulnerability analysis

    + Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards

    + Leadership experience and ability to present in front of executives
