    Outside Sales Representative (Uncapped Commission!)

    What You’ll Do

    + Meet with residential & commercial clients to assess plumbing or water‑related issues.

    + Provide clear solutions, prepare competitive estimates, and close high‑value jobs.

    + Conduct on‑site evaluations for water damage or sewer line issues (training provided).

    + Follow up on leads using company tools and build strong customer relationships.

    What Makes You a Fit

    + 6–12 months of customer‑facing sales experience

    + Clean, valid driver’s license

    + Energetic, self‑driven, and great with people

    + Comfortable entering homes and discussing repair solutions

    + Weekend availability (at least one day)

     

    Bonus: Solar sales, construction, roofing, remodeling, or water‑restoration experience. Certifications like IICRC/WRT/ASD are great — but not required.

    Why This Role

    + Uncapped commission

    + Weekly base: $500–$1,250 depending on experience

    + 5% commission on weekly sales over $15K

    + 7% commission on weekly sales over $25K

    + Annual $3,500 travel voucher for hitting $1.3M in sales

    + Company vehicle for Excavation; mileage reimbursement for Water Restoration

    + Strong training program (4–6 weeks)

    Average job values:

    + Excavation: ~$11,500

    + Water Restoration: ~$6,000

    Schedule

    Multiple shifts available (day, mid, evening). Weekend and evening coverage is in high demand.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
