About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Project Manager to coordinate customer launches and ensure smooth communication across teams. This role is critical in aligning internal departments (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Accounting, Sales, and Support) to deliver a seamless onboarding and go-live experience for our clients.
You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring timelines are met, expectations are clear, and all stakeholders are aligned.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own and manage the end-to-end customer launch process
+ Serve as the primary communication bridge between customers and internal teams
+ Create and maintain clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
+ Ensure all departments involved in customer onboarding are aligned and on schedule
+ Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers
+ Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings
+ Document processes, workflows, and next steps clearly
+ Ensure customers feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process
+ Partner closely with Customer Success to drive long-term satisfaction and retention
+ Provide regular status updates to leadership
What You Bring 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS, tech, or startup environments
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers
+ A collaborative mindset with internal teams
+ Experience managing multiple projects at once
+ Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
+ Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or property management
+ Familiarity with onboarding, implementation, or customer success workflows
+ Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, Jira, or similar
+ Basic understanding of accounting or operational workflows
