At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our services and are seeking dedicated caregivers to support a new client. We are preparing to staff a light-duty care case in Spring, TX (77388). This position will involve short shifts, with the official schedule to be announced once care needs are finalized. Location Greater West HoustonCurrent Need: Spring, TX 77388 Shifts Available * Short shifts (Official schedule to be announced) Responsibilities * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide light assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. * Monitor and observe the client’s overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor. * Assist with errands or transportation as needed. * Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure high-quality care. Requirements * Prior caregiving experience preferred (experience in senior care is a plus). * CNA certification is ideal but not required. * Ability to pass a background check and reference check. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly clients. * Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
