    *D.R. Horton, Inc*. is currently looking for an*Foundation Waterproofer*. The right candidate will oversee the entire waterproofing process during the construction of a foundation or basement, including applying sealant, installing a drainage system, and operating a skid loader.

    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    * Ensure the final accuracy and cleanup of the project

    * Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures

    * Apply waterproofing sealant using hand application at critical junctions such as piping or joints

    * Use a hydraulic sprayer to apply the sealant to larger areas

    * Install drainage system

    * Use a skid loader to cover the drainage tile with rock

    * Perform basic laborer duties as needed

    * Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

    * Ability to work overtime

    *Education and/or Experience*

    * High school diploma or GED

    * One to two years of related experience and/or training

    * May require CDL in compliance within DOT guidelines

    * OSHA Certification to operate skid loader

    * Prior experience with or knowledge of hydraulic sprayers

    * Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and willingness to travel

    * Ability to understand and communicate in basic English

    * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications

    * Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; climb, balance and stoop, crouch or crawl; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision

    * Regular exposure to extreme weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places and risk of electrical shock. The noise level is generally loud

    *Preferred Qualifications*
