Job Description
BJC/Saint Luke’s Health is seeking a **Clinical Supervisor** to oversee daily administrative and clinical operations for our Outpatient Oncology-Hematology Clinics.
Role Overview
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead a large-scale clinical environment, directly supervising 10 or more employees within a clinic supporting at least 8 physicians or a total staff of 30+. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare, maintaining regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of high patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Operational Leadership:** Manage daily clinical functions, including resource allocation, supply chain/ordering, and the maintenance of specialized clinical equipment.
+ **Personnel Management:** Lead the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, professional development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
+ **Compliance & Quality:** Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives, OSHA standards, and strict adherence to healthcare regulatory compliance.
+ **Clinical Support:** Conduct regular staff meetings and provide hands-on assistance to the clinical team as needed to ensure seamless patient flow.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelors Degree
RN License (MO/KS preferable)
BLS
Supervisor experience in a clinical setting preferred

Applicable Experience:
2 years
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation, Registered Nurse - Various
