How You'll Create Impact
Venapax Clinical Specialist must be able to build successful programs by aligning with key Hospital and Facility stakeholders (including surgeons, physicians assistants and other facility staff as necessary), educate a customers on the art of the Venapax Process to endoscopically harvest the saphenous vein or the radial artery for bypass.
What Makes You Stand Out
+ Train customers via didactic, video and bench top models for new and existing customers. Build up programs to full adoption.
+ Direct a synthetic model or cadaveric model training labs. Run training sessions with the Sales Force.
+ Proctor live cases for new and existing customers.
+ Ensure alignment with all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
+ Oversee key administration duties, including determining optimal schedules based on business and customer needs.
+ Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
+ Attend product trade shows and annual trainings.
+ Provide support for MedEd events.
+ Work with sales force and contracting to utilize and maximize Venapax, all sternal closure and additional A&E cross sell opportunities driving greater adoption. Work directly with sales force to drive greater Venapax acumen to create a much wider capacity to reach new customers and attain our growth targets.

Your Background
+ Proven track record of achieving strong results
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong presentation and demonstration skills
+ B.S. in Engineering, Neuro or Biological Science with 6 - 8 years experience of field support, engineering, or other customer facing function with a medical device company preferred. Equivalent years of experience and education will be considered.
+ 3 years of clinical work experience required.
+ Prior experience in the field of endoscropic vessel harvesting is required.
+ Excellent communication, organizational and customer relation skills.
+ Ability to work without specific direction on daily activities.
