As the Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and administering a Case Management Application, developing and maintaining server‑ and database‑level solutions, and ensuring reliable system performance and integrations.
Job Description
We are looking for a **Senior Systems Analyst** for a **full-time, fully remote** **contract** opportunity. As the Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and administering a Case Management Application, developing and maintaining server‑ and database‑level solutions, and ensuring reliable system performance and integrations.
What You’ll Do
+ Provide advanced support and administration for a Case Management Application, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination
+ Administer and maintain Windows Server (2019+) environments and IIS‑hosted applications
+ Develop and support PowerShell automation, SSRS reports, and SQL stored procedures/queries
+ Support integrations, data workflows, and application upgrades, including SSIS packages when required
+ Monitor system performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation
What You’ll Need
Required:
+ Deep experience administering IIS applications and managing Microsoft Server configurations
+ Windows Server 2019+ Support – Expertise in OS-level troubleshooting, security, patching, and performance tuning
+ Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for automation and system tasks
+ Experience building, deploying, and optimizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
+ Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures supporting relational database operations
Preferred:
+ Experience supporting Justice case management applications, such as Tyler Odyssey, or other judicial/justice system platforms
+ Ability to develop and maintain SSIS integrations using Visual Studio
+ Skilled in writing SQL queries that produce XML data and selecting values/attributes from XML
+ MCSA: SQL (or equivalent SQL-focused certification)

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$90,000 - $110,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
