3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday 11pm-7am

What you will do:

+ Lead and instruct warehouse personnel

+ Create and maintain a proactive work environment

+ Directly train warehouse personnel

+ Department quality - stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity of warehouse personnel

+ Pre-plan work assignments for warehouse personnel

+ Coordinate workload with other lead person and departments to improve efficiency

+ Issue disciplinary action as necessary to employees

+ Prepare and issue performance evaluations to employees

+ Participate in evaluating potential new hires with warehouse manager

+ Notify warehouse manager of any unusual problems

+ Maintain company policies, safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition

+ Assist in evaluating the receiving function for maximum efficiency

+ Assist in evaluating the warehouse locations for maximum efficiency

+ Monitor warehouse bar-code system: check for errors to assure accuracy

What you need

Required:

+ High School or GED

+ Minimum 5 years warehouse experience

Preferred

+ Associates degree

+ Experience with Skyjacks, Electrical Hand-jacks, and other equipment

+ Experience with Warehouse Software and working with computer interfacing

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
