Our client is an established and growing financial institution. They are expanding our team to increase the bandwidth to support ongoing initiatives. They have a tenured Workday Team Lead, but are looking to have someone help with integration, custom reporting and advanced compensation configuration as it would be ideal to expand the expertise on the team. Workday HCM experience, including testing and configuration and file integration as well as writing Workday reports and calculated fields experience We are looking for: o Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication for documentation, reporting, and training o Analytical Thinking: Skilled at interpreting data and identifying trends or issue. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems logically and efficiently o Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry, reporting, and system configurations. Vigilant about compliance and security requirements o Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adjusting to changing priorities. Ability to learn new Workday modules or updates quickly o Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with HR, IT, and business partners. Builds positive relationships and fosters trust across departments o Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions. Resourceful in finding answers and leveraging available tools o Customer Service Orientation: Focused on delivering a positive experience for internal stakeholders. Empathetic and responsive to user needs and concerns o Time Management: Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Handles multiple projects without sacrificing quality o Confidentiality & Integrity: Maintains discretion with sensitive employee data. Demonstrates ethical decision-making o Continuous Learning Mindset: Open to feedback and committed to professional growth. Stays updated on Workday enhancements and HR technology trends o Bonus Points: Candidates w/strong in payroll configuration Essential Functions and Responsibilities: •Manage business process development, improvement, configuration, testing, maintenance and implementation within Workday and other systems for assigned projects. •Actively pursue innovative initiatives and provide system expertise along with recommendations for process modifications in order to ensure continued effective use of HR technological resources. •Create test scripts, document test scenarios and perform testing activities. •Provide tier 1 support with HR Technology requests and system errors. •Provide reports and data analysis as requested by end users. •All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
