About the Role

We’re seeking 4 Associate Network Engineer's to support a large, enterprise‑level network environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and supporting network infrastructure across multiple locations.

You’ll be responsible for managing network inventory, coordinating physical shipping and receiving of hardware, and maintaining accurate data in ServiceNow. You will also assist with cleanup and close‑out tasks following equipment refreshes or installations in network closets. A valid driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage inventory for network equipment, including shipping, receiving, and physical tracking

+ Enter and update asset information in ServiceNow

+ Support cleanup and documentation tasks following network closet refreshes or installs

+ Assist with installation, maintenance, and general support of local and wide‑area network infrastructure

+ Ensure reliable, secure, high‑performance data, video, and voice communications across the organization

Top Skills

+ Strong organizational skills; ability to maintain accurate records and inventory data

+ Experience with ServiceNow (asset management or ticketing beneficial)

+ Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, tight‑knit team environment

+ Experience with:

+ Basic switching

+ TCP/IP

+ Wi‑Fi

+ Physical cabling standards and practices

+ Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies

+ Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, hardware, and configuration best practices

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marshfield, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00/hr.
